Official Rules

1. HOW TO ENTER. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. REFERRING A POOL OWNER FRIEND WILL NOT AFFECT CHANCES OF WINNING. The Aqua Chem Plus Equals More Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:01 a.m. on March 17, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on June 30, 2008 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). All times are Eastern Standard Time. To enter the Sweepstakes, visit www.plusequalsmoreentry.com (the "Entry Site") and follow the instructions provided to enter online. Internet access is required to enter. Entry from any website other than the specified Entry Site is prohibited. Those who do not fill in all the required fields will be disqualified. Limit one (1) entry per person. All entries become property of Bio Lab, a Chemtura Company ("Sponsor") and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries that are forged, altered, or generated by a macro, bot, or other automated method will not be accepted and will be void. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other web site or e-mail address, including, without limitation, commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. Entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. on June 30, 2008.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents of one of the contiguous United States and District of Columbia aged eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its parent and affiliated companies, advertising agencies, and promotional partners, and relatives of and those living in the same household as such employees are not eligible to enter or win a prize. For the purpose of this Sweepstakes, relatives are defined as spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

3. SELECTION OF WINNERS/ODDS: On or about July 9, 2008, a random drawing from among all eligible entries will be conducted by Sponsor's designated judges, whose decisions are final, to determine winners of the Grand Prize and First Prizes. Each Grand Prize and First Prize winner will be notified that he/she may have won a prize in this Sweepstakes by telephone or electronic mail (at Sponsor's sole discretion) on or about July 9, 2008. One (1) Weekly Prize winner will be chosen each week during the Sweepstakes Period by random drawing from among all eligible entries received between Monday 12:00 AM and Sunday 11:59 PM that week. Each Weekly Prize winner will be notified that he/she may have won a prize in this Sweepstakes by telephone or electronic mail (at Sponsor's sole discretion) within approximately three (3) days of each Weekly Prize drawing. No more than one (1) Weekly Prize may be awarded per entrant, but all Weekly Prize winners remain eligible for the Grand Prize and First Prizes. The Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the time frame specified by Sponsor or prize may be forfeited. First and Weekly Prize winners may also be required to sign and return similar affidavits of eligibility and liability/publicity release at Sponsor's sole discretion. All affidavits of eligibility and liability/publicity releases are subject to verification by Sponsor. If any prize notification, prize or Sweepstakes communication is rejected or returned as undeliverable or if a winner cannot be reached after a reasonable attempt has been made by Sponsor (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), such winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. All prizes legitimately claimed will be awarded.

The odds of winning any prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

4. PRIZES:

Grand Prize: one (1) grand prize portable outdoor theater system will be awarded, consisting of one (1) 12' x 9.5' inflatable frame with a 9' x 5' projection surface, one (1) protective carrying case for screen, one (1) air blower, one (1) screen repair kit, eight (8) high tension ropes/tethers, one (1) steel mallet, four (4) steel anchor stakes, one (1) ground cover tarp for screen, one (1) Pelican protective case, one (1) CineBox console, one (1) Sony® LCD projector (2000Lumens), one (1) 8" LCD Portable DVD player, one (1) Tapco audio mixer, one (1) microphone, two (2) 80-watt speakers, two (2) speaker stands, two (2) 25' XLR speaker cables, four (4) extension power cords, one (1) CineBox training DVD, tech support information, weatherproof cases/bags for all equipment, and individual component manuals. Installation is not included. Total approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize: $7,000.

First Prizes: a total of five (5) first prizes will be awarded, each consisting of one (1) Sony® DVD/SAT Radio Ready Bluetooth Micro System, ARV of each First Prize $299.

Weekly Prizes: a total of ten (10) weekly prizes will be awarded, consisting of a BoomBucketTM Portable Music System for iPod®, ARV of each Weekly Prize $150.

Total ARV of all prizes: $9,995.

An IRS form 1099 will be provided to the IRS in Grand Prize winner's name. If the Grand Prize winner cannot accept the prize, he/she may forfeit the Grand Prize and no alternate or substitute prize will be provided. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of each winner, and winners may be required to fill out and return to Sponsor certain tax forms in the timeframe specified by Sponsor. No transfers, prize substitutions or cash redemptions will be made, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the stated prize with another prize of equal of greater value should the stated prize become unavailable. All prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined in Sponsor's sole discretion. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. If any winner is an eligible minor in his/her state of residence, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winners set forth in these Official Rules.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY SPONSOR, AND ITS PARENT, DIVISIONS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING, PROMOTION, AND PUBLIC RELATIONS AGENCIES, AND THE RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENCIES OF EACH FOR ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR INJURIES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND SUSTAINED IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE, ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, MISUSE OR AWARDING OF A PRIZE OR WHILE PREPARING FOR, PARTICIPATING IN AND/OR TRAVELING TO OR FROM ANY PRIZE- OR SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED ACTIVITY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY INJURY, DAMAGE, DEATH, LOSS, OR ACCIDENT TO PERSON OR PROPERTY. WINNERS AGREE THAT EACH PRIZE IS PROVIDED AS-IS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, WHETHER NOW KNOWN OR HEREINAFTER ENACTED, RELATIVE TO THE USE OR ENJOYMENT OF ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ITS QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

6. ADDITIONAL DISCLAIMERS: Sponsor is not responsible and/or liable for any of the following, whether caused by Sponsor, the entrant, or by human error: any incomplete, lost, late, incomplete, illegible, mutilated, or misdirected entries or postage due mail; any virus, error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission or communication; technical or mechanical malfunctions; interrupted or unavailable cable or satellite systems; errors, typos, or misprints in these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; failures of electronic equipment, computer hardware or software; lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications or entry information.

7. GENERAL RULES: By entering the Sweepstakes, (except where prohibited by law) entrants consent to the use of their names, pictures, likenesses, voices, biographical data, and/or any information contained in their entry in advertising, promotion and marketing materials throughout the world, including on the internet, by the Sponsor, its promotional partners, and third party marketing entities, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval. Sponsor's decisions will be final in all matters, including interpretation of these Official Rules and awarding of the prizes. All participants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from this Sweepstakes. Participants further agree to not damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes and/or prevent others from using the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void entries of any entrants who Sponsor believes have attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and award the prizes from among entries received prior to or after the date of the cancellation, modification or suspension. Any person who supplies false information, obtains entries by fraudulent means, or is otherwise determined to be in violation of these Official Rules in an attempt to obtain any prize will forfeit any prize won and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. In the event of a dispute concerning who submitted an entry, the entry will be declared to have been made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry, but only if that person meets all other eligibility criteria. An authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE OR WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE SWEEPSTAKES VIOLATES CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY PARTICIPANT MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND MAY SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Requests must be received no later than 180 days following the close of the Sweepstakes.
